At your first meeting, you will be told how we calculate our charges. Whenever possible, we will give you a detailed breakdown of the estimated total costs, whether these are our fees or for an external resource such as a barrister or expert. From the initial consultation to the final visa stage of your matter, we will support and guide you through every step of the process, delivering outstanding customer service and value for money.

Please see our pricing list for straightforward cases, which are based on a fixed fee agreement. Our fees are based on our fee earners’ knowledge and expertise. However, in the absence of fixed fees, we may charge you  hourly basis; it will depend on the complexity  of the matter. As we mentioned above, we will give you details information on the cost at our first meeting. If you require further details, please call our office.

DISBURSEMENTS

There will be disbursements and expenses; these are not included in our fixed fees and hourly rates. The listed fee are not included any Home Office fees, Court fees or any departmental fees, and In addition, there is likely to be barrister, expert, interpreter and court fees depending on your case.
